Krymkier Law is a French-American law firm based in New York City primarily representing French-American businesses in all legal aspects of their establishment and growth in the United States.

 

Leo Krymkier has more than ten years of experience working in large corporations and law firms in France and in the United States, including Fives, Vranken Pommery America, Dechert LLP and Cravath Swaine and Moore.

 

As general manager/vice president of Vranken-Pommery USA from 2002 to 2004, LK has hands-on experience as to what is required to start and grow a successful business in the United States.

 

In addition to receiving his undergraduate degree and master’s degree from La Sorbonne (Paris 1 University) in Paris, France, LK also earned the Certificate to Practice Law (Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat - C.A.P.A.) from the Paris Appelate Court in 2001.

 

In 2005, he graduated from Fordham Law School where he earned an LLM degree in International Business and Trade Law.

 

He is currently admitted to practice in the New York State Bar.

 

Leo Krymkier is a member of the French American Bar Association, French Founders, the French American Chamber of Commerce, the New York City Bar Association.
