Krymkier Law is a French-American business law firm based in New York City, advising French and European companies on their establishment, operations, growth, and strategic projects in the United States.
The firm advises on the principal legal issues arising in connection with a company’s U.S. presence and development, including corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, founder and investment structuring, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, industrial and commercial agreements, distribution, corporate governance, and ongoing legal support.
Leo Krymkier brings experience from both in-house and law firm roles in France and the United States, including Fives, Vranken Pommery America, Dechert LLP, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
As General Manager and Vice President of Vranken-Pommery USA from 2002 to 2004, he gained first-hand experience with the legal and operational realities of launching, structuring, and developing a business in the United States.
In addition to earning his undergraduate and master’s degrees from La Sorbonne (Paris 1 University) in Paris, France, Leo Krymkier obtained the Certificate to Practice Law (Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat – C.A.P.A.) in 2001.
In 2005, he graduated from Fordham Law School, where he earned an LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law.
He is currently admitted to practice in the New York State Bar.
Leo Krymkier is a member of the French-American Bar Association, French Founders, the French-American Chamber of Commerce, and the New York City Bar Association.
